Hi i thinking of getting some Wim Muller Jan Aardens and have been told they are good for the real distance, has anybody on this site had them and can give me some more info on them and the results that these birds have achieved and with what parentage or lines they have been breed from. Thanks

I would be interested to see how you do, when you have raced them put another post up so we all can see, as was stated earlier put then on the darkness.

Thanks sapper will do that right now. I what is the reason for them getting them, i know they say protien lumps but you would have thought that if i was feeding to much protien then some of the other birds would have them also?

One of my birds has what i have been told in the past is a protien lump, it is just a lump of grissley type flesh under its wing, it does not seem to be causing it any problems what so ever, How do you all normaly treat this problem?

Tidy looking birds by the look of them they obvoiusly like were they live. I personnaly like the look of the white filghted bird. a picture paints a thousand words comes to mind.

in the book Pigeons and their economical health care on page 255 treatment schedule it recomends that you treat for worm at the biggining of the raceing season and at the end, i haven't treated earlier because they have been going through the moult

Don't think so but i i think that all birds will pick up some kind of internal parasite during the season and was just trying to prevent any problems later on when i pair the birds up.

Hi wondering what members think the best worm tablets are, and whether there is one that does all types of worms.

3 x 1sts 1 of which was a channel race, 1 x fed, 4 x 3rds 4 x 4ths

I lost a bird for 3 days it came back and had obviusley not been in anybodies loft. that birds is now 2 years older and i rate it as one of the best birds in my loft, it is a club and fed winner. s o give iy a chance, is what i say.

Not heard of them but i'm having my new loft built have a look at it its on the thread uploading photos, the lads that are doing it are very good.

yes i agree though it bis well off the ground and i'm keeping my fingers crossed. i will be keeping my eye out for them all the time. thanks for the observation

Yes some of my mates have been at it on and off for a couple of weeks, they are doing a great job.

If you can take the duplicate ones off Fifer it would be appreciated, you know what boot necks and computers are like they don't seem to mix very well together.

Dont know what happened there the loft seems to have grown.
