Yes Davy your right, I personally didn't see it their and didn't know about it, but they didn't publish that they had committee meeting(s) and what the outcome was, also I feel that with the nature of the issue the Committee should have clarified the whole A-Z of the issue at the AGM, and given the members a platform for debate, this could have stirred it up or cleared it up, but to say nothing I feel was wrong.

A large number of members didn't know anything about this issue until after the AGM, the SNFC Committee didn't exactly shout it from the roof tops what had happened and what the outcome of the investigation was and when some asked questions about it at the AGM they where denied the chance. So the Ex Committee are the Main reason for this issue.

Surely not, the President is at the heart for the whole issue, therefore cannot possible be allowed to have any influence or input on any discussions or decisions on this matter. That's a basic requisite of any democratic process.

The SNRCP thread is going strong, but every SNFC thread has been removed, the last one due to Row's according to Ian Mackay, I didn't see any row's (or any more than normal) just comments and debate. My question is will the SNFC ever be allowed any platform for discussion or debate on here again or are we forever forbidden to speak on it? If we can't have an open forum then what is the point, the administrators should remain neutral to all subjects unless there is a justified reason to stop it, and they have stopped a few threads for no real reason, IMO.

When I was a boy I used to hang around the farms and my school friend used to catch the mole and I remember one day we saw a fresh dig and the soil was moving up and down in the mole hill as the mole was actually digging, we all stopped well clear of it and my friend very carefully walked to a mole hill to one side of the active mound and gently pushed a spade down to block the run, then gently walked in a wide berth around to the other side and carefully dug out a mound at the other side and placed a trap, once set we all jumped up and down and we herd the mole whack of the spade at one side then get caught in the trap at the other we pulled the trap out and it was alive we let it go and immediately it started digging into the ground, I couldn't believe how fast it could break through the surface. Great childhood memories.

I will probably go SNFC also, but I'm not 100% sure, this is not an advert thread pushing the SNRPC, each to their own.

That's all most on here want, but I don't see it happening any time soon, the next AGM maybe, but only if it's on any other business.

I don't know about any of this, if true then the SNRPC needs to review it's policies as their is a big opportunity coming their way and would be foolish not to cater for it. P.S. I'm SNFC through and through, but this issue need clarity ASAP.

You might be right Stuart, it's bad enough the SNFC sweeping this issue under the carpet, but PB is out with the broom also.

Really sad to hear the EGM request has been declined on a technicality, their are two guys credibility at stake hear and we will never know, the innocent can't clear his name,I fear due to lack of clarity and and justice the security of our races will forever be in question, I don't know how this will impact the SNFC going forward. You must send the clock to the manufacturer and they will change the battery, if you open the clock yourself the clock will be deemed to have been tampered with and can't be used.
