  1. Look very good mate. Wish I was as handy with my hands.
  2. Thanks guys. Its only a routine treatment. I decided to do it as I did not realise I had to do it before pairing up. I will chuck first round and wait for next round again. With my luck all the good birds would have been in the first round. lol
  3. Coxoid, in the water.
  4. I paired up last weekend and for some reason (lol) started to treat for Cocci yesterday. My pigeons have not laid yet but should destroy the first round of eggs?
  5. Thats right John did give me two extra unrung cocks at the show. As a novice I was not sure what to look for and fellow club members appeared and helped me choose. They were very impressed with the quality of pigeons we bought, I think one of our members also bought a pigeon. It was a nice gesture John and I hope to do business with you guys again.
  6. Thanks John, will give you a call sometime. Kind regards David
  7. Thanks John, Would like to give you a call sometime. Just got a couple of questions about the pigeons we bought. Regards David
  8. I hope so, the cock of the pair I bought was from a very good Sire called Topman. I am hoping as a novice they will breed me some good youngsters. But I am worried that I wont do them justice. :-/
  9. Rose, According to my pedigree, the hen of the pair I bought is a full sister to the winner. So good times, hey?
  10. Well lets see if these new pigeons can put some (sort of) novices on the map. ;) ;)

    BOX ES

I gave 8 of these away last year. Very cheaply made. Not worth it.
  12. Hi Guys, Bought a pair from Formula 1 Lofts yesterday at Doncaster. Anybody ever bought from them? Do they produce the goods? They are very nice looking birds tho.
  13. Thanks for that. As a novice I did not realise this, lol. I would have just bred them. Would pairing them up on the 1st of Jan be ok? Thank you David
  14. Hi Tony, No mate, they are still eating their portion of feed. They dont look sick or anything. The thing is I paired up on the 1st of Dec so I am also hoping it might just be stressed from being locked in the nestboxes.
  15. I am guessing its natural yoghurt. Will try them on it. Was just hoping its not something serious. Thanks very much. David
  16. Sorry, no access to black minerals yet and no mud. I dont let my stock birds out.
  17. Thanks Oldyellow. I got a panic when I went into the loft. The floor is covered in these droppings.
  18. Hi, I am feeding a resting mix (barley with some peas and maize). They have all fully moulted now.
  19. Hi Guys, Can someone please advise me. My stock birds droppings have gone all blackish and slimey and they dont smell very well. Could it be salmonella? Thank you David
  20. Hi Can I just ask why it is offensive to slant eachother on this site but homophobic comments are allowed. I think it should not be allowed.
  21. I paired up on Saturday, not to breed early but to get enough eggs from my Stock to put under my racers. Dont want to breed from my racers. I am having trouble with one pair, can anyone give some advice. They just wont pair up. The others are all settled and cooing away in the nest bowls. I still have the problem pair seperated by a divider.

    ne help plz

Hi, What I usually do is open with Paint. Then click on image, then click resize/skew. Then under resize change both horizontal and vertical percentages to 40%. Then save and upload. Hope this helps. Regards David
  23. Thanks a lot.
