Know what ya saying mate, ive only had them on probiotics and bicarbonate of soda for two days and Im chuffed with how much they have picked up so far.

Yeah defo young bird sickness, All of the symptoms as above. But have been pumping them with probiotics and bi-carbonate of Soda and seem to be picking up a treat. You are right it is Illegal to supply drugs in the Uk. But I never said I was getting supplied By the UK. Its Illegal to go over the speed limit, answer ya phone whilst driving, park on double yellows or even start the engin e without wearing a seatbelt and im sure most of ya are guilty of breaking the law in some way or another. So before giving it Goody Two Shoes, lets look at the bigger picture, why would I pay the vet a fortune to tell me what I already know and then charge me over the odds for the medication when I can just get it sent from another country and get the same results which is my birds back to health and your birds not catching anything off them in the race basket. End result everyones happy !

Clocked two birds in from Bath only to find my clock wasnt working propely. The clock setter should have picked up on it really but apparently we should all check our clocks. I am new to the sport and so wouldnt have known this and wouldnt have known what I was looking for anyway, It would have helped if Id have known this as well but knowone told me. You can be sure that it will be the first thing I do from now on. Thankfully a bloke at the club is going to give me a clock for next week which I am really grateful for. Oh and I almost forgot my clock was obviously 3 way tested at the start of the season. Anyway I wouldnt have come 1st 2nd or 3rd I dont think but held my own against most which I am chuffed about but without the proof I might as well pull any old random time out of the hat. Oh well theres always next week and the club have decided to give me my money back for the birds I had sent.

My young birds dont seem to want to fly and they seem in perfect health, in fact there droppings are perfect. It started after a bad training toss on Saturday from 60 miles. They hit really strong winds and rain and were coming back all through the day singley, some at 5,6 hours and even through the next day. And they were looking knackered as well. Up until this point they were exercising well and beating me back from training from 23 and 34 miles no problem. Do you think this is what it is ? They have got there first race on Saturday and I am worried they are gonna put up a crap performance. How can I get them to exercise again ?
