ME its not about Fife Fed its about the CLUBS ...it was the CLUBS that debt suspended people who wrote to the FED who wrote to the SHU. Would you have liked to have had to pay for those who left (Did not resign) rings, rubbers orders etc. These people knew they were going ...why order them ....why not just resign ? or NOW just pay the few quid ...simple. I really dont have a problem with anything other than that cos it came from my pocket too :(. So these people can fly wherever they like and if you aint impressed dont read or make any more comments no-one forces you to read or respond .... Its not really about being disabled per se ...it is a new type of Clock it is an electronic clock that is being accepted for use .....as in the past was STB, T3 etc. One Guy still uses a Toulet in our Club. Disability regarding ETS is a smoke screen cos I would think its not solely about timing mechanisms. If it was about DDA why is the RPRA and all GB Unions not talking about ETS in terms of the DDA and the sport. For instance ....how many Clubs, marking stations, are accessible for physically disabled people are they ALL wheelchair accessible?? So ETS and the hoo haa is only one small part of the DDA regulations ....dont think any of the Unions have undertaken an audit for compliance with DDA. IT IS ABOUT ADDING A NEW TIMING MECHANISM TO THE LIST OF APPROVED CLOCKS AND YOU CAN CHOSE HAVE IT OR NOT !!!! Nope stall traps not fair loft position not always fair i.e. look at the sections/regions Widowhood fair. Belge and Holland all use ETS ...are they cheating Having a clock or running to the post office was that fair.

Problem is that the Clubs and Feds must take the appropriate action first ...before it gets near a Union whether they endorse, or rule on a dispute soooooo I guess if clubs for instance go defunkt and someone is say ....suspended what happens ????? I think you would find that the rpra willl always act in a discreet and circumspect manner. the process will be adhered to at all times and everyone regardless of who they are will receive the same treatment. openess, fairness and equity within the rules and constitution. the rpra will only involve themselves in matters under their jurisdiction, and rightly so. no blustering no balderdash or outlandish or outrageous claims. the nehu or whu or any other organisation will deal with their own isuues and rightly so. one question though. has every member who has not resigned over the years been debt suspended or is it only a current issue? Just as a matter of interest .....what do the RPRA do if you are debt suspended from say WHU, NEHU etc. I always thought that if you were debt suspended ...you were debt suspended. So what you are saying is that anyone prevented from flying showing etc should go to the RPRA cos they just allow you to fly with them irrespective of debt suspension etc? As I said to ME its not the SHU, in may cases it is the clubs that were left in the lurch. Why not pay what you are due and keep the peace for the sake of a few pounds. A bit of a sair one eh for "S" ring RPRA flyers ...... possibility of being banned and the introduction of ETS (the reason for them leaving in the first place)... ALL IN THE SAME WEEK OUCH! It should be noted that most of the RPRA boys did resign or fly in two unions and none of this will particularly affect them so we are not talking about a lot of folk ??) ??) : : ??) ;D ;D
