Let the race team out when i got home and they took to the sky's and were going really well,wife was cleaning the corridor and changing the water every few minutes they would reappear then away again came out of the loft for a look few minutes later then nothing spotted pair of peregrines hunting just to the north of me but still no birds,then wife shouted here they come from the south high and dropped like stones 3 missing then spotted a bird trying to return from the north but immediately get targeted by one of the falcons and they both disappeared from view ,daughter shouted what's that noise as we looked south to be met by 2 adult and 1 young peregrine coming from the south it was like watching the red arrows as they targeted anything that moved,1 hour later before a red and blue both cocks appeared 1 minute apart the red missing some secondaries then half an hour later the one that was targeted from the north with damage to its wing and front from hitting something while escaping ,I no things have not been good here for years but it is now at saturation level nothing in the sky's bar crows peregrines and my doos,normally when the birds have been flying really low around the town they have been left alone but over the past few weeeks the falcons have now started a very worrying trend

Yes John we have a gentleman's agreement in Lockerbie that only first three count has worked well for more years than i care to remember,davy is the only one who refuses to use ets ( lucky for us )

Sent 33 to stainmore and kept 1 at home that has now become the family pet it lands on my head or shoulder when i call it in at night and sits on anyone's knee when they are on the summerseat has even been on the dogs back I know soft touch but sure it wont bankrupt me on the feeding bill.
