With the Autumn feel now in the air and the racing nearly all but over it is now very obvious going by club and fed results that the fanciers with the darkness youngsters are winning the races,Darkness youngsters in our club are now streets ahead of the natural flyers and watching the federation results the same can be said for that,I do not get many strays in at this time of year as at the start of the yb racing but the natural one's that do drop in are shocking ,seventh flight ,no neck feathers half tails and cover feathers gone bloody shame for the poor wee devils expected to race in that condition, are there natural flyers still beating the darkness fanciers in your clubs or does the same apply as our results .

Welcome good bunch of lads on here .

Sending 2 cocks 1 hen to lymm ,1x best cock bird so far 1 x best hen bird so far, stopped the rest for the year cannae see them touching these 2,Hate stopping what i consider my best as would hate to win the national wae s--t
-
If these races were arranged anyone wishing to send birds should be more than welcome.
-
A very good friend of mine got one of my doos in that i had lost training the day previous in his area it had already been in another loft as its ets was missing, also many of the birds i get in before sending them nearer home have had there race rubbers and ets taken off before they reach here ,there are some really sad people out there ,luckily we are talking minority .Think its about time ets could only be registered on the original base club station sure the manufacturers could do that after all they are making a wee profit of us .
-
Think that the representatives from the west coast feds should get there heads together before to long and put together a race programme whereby we could have perhaps a yearing derby from 300 mls without having to send them to the national as it is the only option at present would sure beat our dye in the mill racing and would provide a better result spread wise so common lads get it sorted .
-
You may be correct there derek, mate of mine phoned a courier who lives in cumbria on monday to have a pigeon uplifted the guy is a doo man and said it chucked it down on sunday .Yet the bbc gave it as dry ? British Weather.

Thats the game we were drinking some green stuff out of a jug last year don't no the name but goes down a treat. One of the lads picked up a flower pot of the street last year and took it hame to the wife, got caught on cctv and had to drive back up the following week and hand it into the polis, the wife has barred him from going this year
-
Got a mate clocking the doos on saturday as i am of to innerleithen with a bus load of friends to take part in the darts tournament which is held annually really looking forward to the change of scenery if any pigeon guys from there looking in pop in and make yourself known and i'll buy you a drink, will be easy spotted as i will be the wee grey haired guy who will be checking out on 9 darts to the delight of the watching gallery :emoticon-0167-beer:

Speaking for myself Gareth everyone more than welcome,Walter has been a fantastic ambassador for the solway fed and am sure he has not deserved the phone calls which he has received today,I for one wish i had not posted comment and instead spoke personally to those concerned with any views.
-
Well done Tam some performance ,the wind was really strong on the shore at annan yesterday
-
Would hate to think my birds were so stupid at this stage of the season as to bypass moffat ,surely walter this should be a decision for the management committee if it is a seperate lib my birds won,t be on the transporter. What state would either federations pigeons be in if another 500 get liberated and they are stuck in the baskets .Nothing personal we both no that .
-
So where are they(the welsh boys) this week and how many doos do they have as they will be on collision course with lanarkshire also ? scary .
-
Welsh bird also landed with my last 1 home sunday night .
-
With the losses the solway have occurred the last 2 weeks i think it would be suicide with such a small convoy to have separate liberations our birds are all heading in the one direction and if they cant sort themselves out by now what chance have they got when they get carted up the east coast from Leicester 100% for Lanarkshire Walter but 100% against a separate lib jmo .ps we liberate the stranraer old birds with ours and they are heading 100 plus miles west of the solway ?

Wonderful idea Derek,I will try one out on a dead pigeon and see if it gets plucked, you could be onto something here .
