  1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocci
  2. its a parasitic bacteria is it not ?
  3. burning wont cure the birds may prevent to a certain extent
  4. suppose i can give a rough idea to the cause and cocci is distinguished by wet droppings , however it could be a number of things like previous posting moving birds pairing up , screening your birds droppings would be the next step rather than running for a medicine bottle
  5. cocci is a bacteria that is natural and is present in the bowel low levels are passed through the birds but during infections these bacterias can multiplty due to abnormal behaviour in the gut , if you feeding a high percentage or 100% wheat / barley this can also cause wet droppings
  6. sounds like cocci
  7. was it plain and self raising ? ;D ;D ;D ;D
  8. happy birthday Gemma hope you have a great day

  18. must be a fancier in the area that knew your grandad that can vouch for his state of mind or even a neighbour ? and surely there must be a fancier in your area that would be willing to look after the birds as 3 birds wouldnt take much seeing to i hope all goes well for you in the future all the best . Mark
  19. just thought micheal J Burden has one hes selling as given birds up
  20. i have the roof top box on my suzuki wagon r+ , means you dont need a big estate car and much cheaper on petrol
  21. well theres many schools of thought on this subject , one is some racers that have won wont breed a sausage and some breeders of winners wont race , so by racing the birds out could leave you with racers with a few winner but no breeders of winners , but then theres the best catogory racers that have won that also breed winners , so i would personaly breed a full round and eliminate from the ybs performances as yearlings , so basicaly if not made it as ybs swap pairs round if no winners by 3rd year remove
  22. i managed to find it twice result ;D ;D ;D ;D
  23. good post Jimmy
  24. well i only train before racing and if going stale or if not racing that week but id give a few inland races prior to race then straight in but at that distance i would only fly 3 year olds but if you can single up every week 30 miles twice a week
