  1. too many Varables , a bad racer usualy gets lost but then you end up with some birds that home rather than race a pigeon will show its worth as a yearling in my view , a stock pigeon till had 3 rounds or 3 different pairing if nothing does any good then gone , a two year old bird is at it's best

  9. i use same geraldy ones with roof top box great baskets i put grills in bottom and as you say very clean and hygenic

  12. what you looking for fancy or racing pigeons ? and if the later do you want sprint middle or distance birds ? have you joined a club yet ? if so ask the secatary to ask a few of the other members if they could breed you a few
  13. well the wet dropping can be a number of thing from safflower in the seeds been off to the stress of been out of the comfort zone of the loft or indeed ailling , they could be eating the smaller seeds and filling themselves with water so they feel full but as there now flying a little they may need a more nutrianal feed , beding on the floor with ybs helps them from not been in contact with there own droppings , it could well be something or nothing so get them tested perhaps mix a small amount of grit in there feed may help the cider vinegar is a good idea as will stablise there gut and be hostile to bacterrial infections naturaline is good for this as well and some vitamins wouldnt go a miss either.

  17. well as im going to bed if there flying on this it may niot be meeting there dietry neededs and they may need to be moved on to a yb mix such as Junior 'o' ill have alook at thread tomorrow
  18. im not up on the breed and wean mix , has it got safflower in it ?
  19. what food are you feeding them ?
  20. its a possibility but also could be that there drinking vast amounts of water so they feel full as arent eating properly
  21. how long have they been removed from the parents and were they feeding before been moved ?

  24. it is if bird dont sit out because clock shy week after and loose races because of it
  25. been disabled myself i can see the advantages of the ets but its there not to advantage anyone but put all abilitys on an equal footing if they wish to embrase the technology on offer , hopefully finances will allow me to get it in for this season if not i shall have it for next season without a doubt
