  4. depending on how many pots you use i use boxes and make them to size of pots one for grit one for pickstone made into a tiny shed affair need to make some more have enough wood to do it , ill think ill take a photo of mine next time i get camera out just thought might have a photo of it here ya go

  7. i feed them according to the race easy race id give them mainly barley with a little maples green peas , if feel the race has taken a bit out of them then ill feed my race mix

  9. i use aviform ultimate for 3 days and cider vinegar for 3 days pigeon tea on return with electolytes and mollases ( black treacle )garlic in drinker at all times

  12. i think its more the fact of over feeding put too much down they pick at it and select what they want ,get them competing for food they eat what you want jmo , i dont think that a yeast infection would stop them eating maize

  18. think Roland would disagree with overcrowding but i do agree a loft will be happy at a certain level of birds also birds will rest better when not over crowded
  19. for motivation purposes boxes are better cant get a bowl on a perch pluss when catching much easier they tend to jump from perch to perch and they get covered in dropping from ones above i only like perches fer hens

  23. most the time i point the finger at myself , observation seeing and knowing a bird is fit for the job in hand , birds can take knocks and they dont fly so well then they might look ok but they dont fly so well;) the biggest problem we all face is clashing and bops
  24. mine eat maize no problem i dont feed any most of week then they eat it when i feed it
