cheers guys the iced water worked a treat the petrolium jelly was only of any use towards the end ( couldnt pull ring on cos too slippy had put it in ring better on ball towards end ) would say leg was 3 x the size of ring hole but did it bit by bit slowly patience is needed and repeated cooling of the foot ..... for sale 2 ybs lol

the software was crashing and pm system was constantly going down also loosing members names and posts , thats why the site was moved it certainly werent perfect and agree this one is not as easy to use but given time it gets easier so old site was broken , this site will solve the problems that existed before however them problems arent a problem on here
