paddymac Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 I will certainly donate a few pair of 2009 ybs to this worthy cause. My mum-in-law worked as a charge nurse in our local Hospice until she retired. Unfortunately she only managed to enjoy a few years of this as she died herself from lung cancer.
Gail J Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 Well I must say you members on here are brilliant, you all know this is for a worthy cause, there are always funds needed, especially for equipment etc. The macmillan nurses, oncologists etc work very hard to help and support patients and their families, we are going through it at this very moment with waiting for results for my dad. Phil anything I can help with please let me know

Havn't added them all up yet but there are a lot of fantastic offers. As Mick said he is out of action for a while so when he is back on his feet we will collate the e-mails, pm's etc and will then plan the sales, dates, venues etc. We have both been overwhelmed with the response but will always find room for more.
