paddymac Posted November 16, 2017 Report Posted November 16, 2017 A lot of senior moments on here tonight :emoticon-0136-giggle:
Mattydoos79 Posted November 16, 2017 Report Posted November 16, 2017 I separated my sexes a while now but pair up in February as that way eggs be laid before the old bird racing starts so some birds can race back to babies then when the babies are old enough during July then it’s young bird racing
novo10 Posted November 16, 2017 Report Posted November 16, 2017 We pair up December so race team can be split then will be repaired until hens sitting 8 to 10 days then will be split for racing
blaz Posted November 17, 2017 Report Posted November 17, 2017 you could also put this years rings on them, then give them 2or3 races with the old birds. doing that gives you a race or 2 ,as your pair will go down again to bred yb,s for next years yb racing
blaz Posted November 17, 2017 Report Posted November 17, 2017 Also you can still get this years rings from shu I think. if not sure someone on hear might help you out. any racing pigeon bred and rung in 2017 can race in the 2018 old bird season
