REDCHEQHEN Posted June 13, 2017 Report Posted June 13, 2017 We've got one of each - a hen who acts like a cock, and a cock - all the younger cocks think is a hen The cock has never paired up and is 2 years old - we have to basket with the hens as it gets mobbed by the cocks, it is in a spare section with a late bred cock and a few 12 year old cocks that don't bother it The cocky hen - acts like a cock in a basket of hens - but pairs up with the cocks when they're there - unfortunately she makes a lot of noise when she's in the hen basket at race marking It's a dilemma - but what are you supposed to do with them?
