Check what The Highway Code says about breakdowns and emergencies on the motorway.

REDCHEQHEN Posted January 24, 2017 Report Posted January 24, 2017 On the AA website it says if keys are in the ignition even if vehicle is stationery. It also states even if using a handsfree set you can still be prosecuted if it is believed you are not in full control of the vehicle
