Thanks for the link. Excellent read. The vendor was smart enough to miss quite a few pages, probably the ones with the juicy bits, or to lead you to think they are the ones with the juicy bits, but nevertheless, a very interesting read as far as it went.

Have just read it and with roughly 25 pages missing would not take a chance in purchasing as it would be sent via internet link. Have purchased before with that format and was dissapointed with no refund..
