The Daily Mail this morning tells us,that rather than trying to cull 85.000 pigeons, that are making a mess of historic buildings,the council in Barcelona,are to position 40 feeders about the city with feed laced with Nicarbazin,a drug that inhibits the formation of eggs in the pigeons,this will be done December and January,we await the result.

Personally I doubt very much - though I like the idea - it will ever happen! Why, well simply because of what Peter says.
