Mind I hope that Scotland win. Thing is, will it shed light on their improvement after the past two showing and England's heavy defeat of Italy. Was it the case that Italy was a greatly improved side? Well drilled and organised?

Think, personally, Wales take all the beating of England, and will be all out to stop them winning the Grand Slam and triple crown.

I see that that Jones chappie is stating that English have no world class players, and is looking forward to mould and make them so in 4 years.

Well any nonskull knows that is the long term adjective, and yes that is obvious, but in the mean time his job is surely to be winning. Nothing better for the confidence. And yes has to bring in the new lads carefully and chosen times as he envisages. But the fact is, be that as it may, that the whole of Rugby improves every year. Players have to be up for it now and ready to listen, improve and earn their place. Old pals acts and school ties SHOULD be a thing of the past. Ask Michael Johnson who was disastrously stabbed in the back by old big headed egoistical chums.

Any way Wales should beat France.

The French always, but always have a 'Match Winner' or two. Seen signs of it again against Ireland ... But I think the brutal and passionate style of the Welsh will be too much. They have the whole nation out on a limb for them ...

Quite an intriguing game. Exciting in parts. Scotland tended to have the rub of the green and the decisions, but overall deserved to win and were the better side on the day. Could be that they will finish above Ireland and Italy yet!?

Gosh is it really 26 years since they won the grand slam?

Sad to say, I believe that they haven't been able to replace the likes of Hastings and Patterson ...
