Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 Tammy this about the camera, i tried to get in when i was president of the fife fed, Douglas Bald came up with an idea to have cameras on the transporter, so u could look in on it by ur pc, see the birds the area weather and the lib, but there was no interest in it. well it is definately happening with us from next year fifer and it must surely be a great step in the right direction and should eliminate a lot of doubt as to what the weather is like at the liberation point
HOMER49 Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 Old Homer is still here Yes the bully boys from the west section turned up in force and the fed should be renamed the Greenfield Fed The east and centre sections have had a wake up call Cheers Homer 49

THE FIFER Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 the problem is not with delegates, its with the members just letting them do and vote as they wanted, delegates are MESSENGERS, they go to meetings and do as instructed by their members, but how often does this happen, each organisation should have a meeting before a fed or shu meeting and go over the agenda and tell their delegates how to vote and what they want, this is at delegates meetings, not AGMs as they are free for all to vote as they please, and one thing which does happen but should never if organisations are run correctly is delegates from the same organisation voting against each other, they are MESENGERS, and should have been diercted by their members as how to go, and in the past it has not been the delegates fault as they were alowed to do as they though fit, so its the members fault. too lazy to have meetings, and dont get me wrong my own organisation is the worst enemy for this so i am not getting at any special one, so clubs should have meetings to instruct their delegates what to do at the fed meetings and feds should have meetings to do the same for SHU meetings, delegates are MESSENGERS
HOMER49 Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 How do you know some of the people who left the hall were abstainers? One of my own club members told me He left the hall because he did not want to vote for JB But did not know when coming back in his vote was being counted for VH Cheers Homer 49
THE FIFER Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 all the best Tammy on ur jobs, and to ur fed for the coming season,
Jim McArthur Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 Lanarkshire: that's where my grandfather came from, in the 1920's. He always spoke of a place called "The Shotts" as being his birthplace. Familiar? I've never been to the Old Country. Jim McArthur
