Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 23, 2006 Report Posted November 23, 2006 IT COULD TURN OUT TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE WE HAVE HAD FOR A WHILE ANYWAY AND I THINK WE WILL HAVE AN EVEN BIGGER TURN OUT THAN WHAT WE HAD AT THE LAST MEETING
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 23, 2006 Report Posted November 23, 2006 GARETH WILL YOU AND ANDREW LOCKHART BE PUTTING YOUR NAMES FORWARD TO RUN THE COMMITTEE THAT YOU WANT FORMED TO LOOK IN TO THE WAYS OF GETTING NEW TRANSPORTERS ?

frank-123 Posted November 23, 2006 Author Report Posted November 23, 2006 gareth if you stop winning you will not need to get so many pictures taken that will free some time dont need to polish so many trophys thats more free time ;D
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Well the AGM is over now and there were some dramatic changes made starting with a new President being elected namely Vince Hendry, the next change was the election of a new senior vice President Sid Beattie, next was a new junior vice President David Stirling, next was a new race controller Jin Hannah, next was a new assistant race controller Tam Garvie, secretary stayed the same Ian Henderson, convoyer stayed the same J Lennon because nobody else stood for this position, there were also other things changed and one of the most important things being brought in to use next year will be the convoyer is going to be supplied with a phone camera to send back instant photos of the conditions at the site and this itself is a tremendous way forward, so we will just have to wait till next year and see if the changes are any better or not only time will tell
Guest Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Did you make any moved to have your release sites physically inspected before the 2007 race season
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Did you make any moved to have your release sites physically inspected before the 2007 race season only two that give a little bit of concern but the rest are all used before and there was no problem with them, the other two will be checked before then

THE FIFER Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Well the AGM is over now and there were some dramatic changes made starting with a new President being elected namely Vince Hendry, the next change was the election of a new senior vice President Sid Beattie, next was a new junior vice President David Stirling, next was a new race controller Jin Hannah, next was a new assistant race controller Tam Garvie, secretary stayed the same Ian Henderson, convoyer stayed the same J Lennon because nobody else stood for this position, there were also other things changed and one of the most important things being brought in to use next year will be the convoyer is going to be supplied with a phone camera to send back instant photos of the conditions at the site and this itself is a tremendous way forward, so we will just have to wait till next year and see if the changes are any better or not only time will tell Tammy this about the camera, i tried to get in when i was president of the fife fed, Douglas Bald came up with an idea to have cameras on the transporter, so u could look in on it by ur pc, see the birds the area weather and the lib, but there was no interest in it.
