Sad to hear Ralston has decided to call it a day.

 

I was down earlier in the year and can say it's one of the nicest locations I have seen to race pigeons to. I was lucky being allowed to pick six youngsters out to buy. With them being a bit later than my others they weren't darkened but managed to hold their own against the darkness birds most weeks.

 

Ralston is a real class act and these are real doos these ones. I'm sure there won't be too many dissapointed buyers off the back of this sale.

is it bad heath ? that is making him give up the pigeons, so sad to see him give up as he loved the distance races

One of the finest racing lofts Scotland has ever seen

What should also be stated whether birds were being purchased from federation section or national winners

They were at working men's prices

Fantastic fancier,and a true gentleman,I was lucky enough to visit a couple of times and the hospitality shown by his good lady and himself was second to none. Iwish u all the best Ralston.
