I KNOW WE ARE NOT FORCED TO READ ANY/ALL POSTS BUT WE DO.I THINK THIS SITE IS A GREAT IDEA,BUT THIS PART IS GETTING PRETTY TEDIOUS NOW.JUST IMAGINE IF ALL THE EFFORTS PUT IN TO SLAGING EACH OTHER OFF WAS PUT INTO THE REALLY IMPORTANT THING,THE FUTURE OFF DOO RACING. THERE IS NEVER A RUSH TO FILL POSTS AT ANY LEVEL,CLUB FED,ETC.WE HAVE ALL WORKED WITH PEOPLE WE DONT GET ON WITH,WE JUST GET ON WITH IT. IF WE ALL LOOKED IN THE MIRROR,HOW MANY CAN SAY I DONE ALL I COULD. I THINK WE ALL COULD HAVE DONE A WEE BIT MORE,SCOTTISH DOO RACING WAS ONCE HELD IN THE HIGHEST REGARD THROUGHOUT THE WORLD,LETS HOPE ONE DAY IT WILL AGAIN. frank-123 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 all i ever wanted was to get some harmony back into the Scottish racing scene it never worked out the way looking at some posts there is a deep resentment between some members of shu/rrpa in Scotland that has been allowed to go on for to long just very sad indeed maybe sometime in the future there will be one organisation in scotland like it used to be

There is a small minority on this forum (and we all know who they are) who have an axe to grind and who continually try to stir up discontent. Never mind be positive the racing starts in six weeks!!!!

Similar to Gareth's, except the sentiments were about the strain on the bond between pigeon man & his pigeons, when everything appeared to be going down the toilet. The advice was to cut the poem out and post it up in the loft as a daily reminder where and what the true gold was. Gareth's Anthem is very topical with broken bonds between fellow pigeon men in Scotland. Maybe we should be posting it up on Club House Notice Boards, just to remind ourselves that there is always a better way to behave towards others.
