Freind of mine has over a 1000 rings alsorts wonder what there be worth anyone have an idea

I was actually wondering was where he collected them from be it legitimate collection, from hawks nests or some other means.

Cant really see that they would be worth a lot unless there were some special ones amongst them that a collector was after,have seen the ER rings fetch a bit.
