Who actually cancelled the race I would have thought that the controller would have the last word if the convoy had moved out  but who cancelled the race before marking? maybe lessons to be learned

Think we should all see what tomorrow brings,then we will know if the decision that was made was the right or wrong one.Personally this weeks race was pivotal to the one race that my whole season was based on.So no one is more disappointed than myself.We could all have a different opinion tomorrow.
