Picked this up off another site.

Keep out of sun.

Hogweed causes blisters that are almost like burns. You might try some mild steroid creme to help ease the pain. Benadryl might also help in a small dose. It can take months to heal up depending on how allergic the dog is to the plant. Fortunately dog fur helps to protect them more than mere skin would.
