whats the best thing to put on loft floor ,,,wood chppings,,sand,etc,,,any suggestions,want something that dont get blown around so easy and without too much fuss ?

thanks paul never thought of that one,,,,,,,would do frank,but,time and having COPD need to be careful,but,thanks anyway

I have bad heart and chronic COPD 25%lung function and i use scraper on floor and a handfull chicken bedding it gets blown to the edges of floor light scrape every day clean out once every week-ten days ,i sit down on upturned plastic bin ,never scrape when doos are in ,and try wearing mask ,dont say i am perfect with mask,but try goodluck!!

Sharp sand and a bit of garden lime . Blows no where droppings dry in no time . Just sift it when ever you want and dry droppings go's in the borders.Each to their own :)

i prefer dry floor, but why not use easy bed, you will get it at a store that supplies horse owners,doesnt blow about and the people i know that use it said its the best thing since sliced bread.

Give it a try mate just a sprinkle to start and then add as and when you need to.
