If lifting eggs from one pair how long will they stay fertile before placing under another pair

as long as there lifted as soon as layed they will last for months dont put them in a fridge just in a box on top of a cuboard keep them at room temp turn them every other day and wipe them with a damp cloth to stop them drying out up to 6 weeks 1oo percent will hatch then it can drop 1 or 2 percent every two weeks longer than 6 to 8 weeks hope this helps you m8
