Registering my young birds on the system hit a snag

My Ypres entry timed over the pad I did not take clock down how do I remove it from clock as race is still running tried printing off but cannot kill the race and unable to carry on with yb rings

??

You will need to get clock struck off before you can clear the race. Don't think you can synchronise clock with pc when there is a race still live

Am FAR from an expert Mick, but i canny see how a race going on can interfere with another action being carried out on the clock. Which only leaves the ball back at yer feet regarding doing everything correct, and going into the correct program???

Like i said i'm no expert so don't take offence at my question, am only trying tae help.

That's correct Davie canny synchronise clock as the race is still running and will not allow me to kill the race

it will not let you reg rings when in race mode for security john must kill race first as far as i know m8

your club base station will kill race mick

doe's it not have to go back to the base station at the ypres national marking station you sent your birds with to be killed off

Any club base station can kill the race

You need to strike off the race then when given the option, print one copy. Some times it takes a couple of try's .

 

If that does not work, go into members clocks and delete the clock.

 

Add the clock again, you get a warning that all information on the clock will be deleted.

 

After clock is added, sync with PC and you get all your information back on the clock.

 

When adding clock, if the PC says it can't find it, just as ok or cancel (I can't mind which) and click search again, it usually works the second time. If not type the clock serial number in and it will work.

I forgot to say it had to be a club base station.
