Kyleakin Lofts Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 Not noticed it yet this year, but had problems with it last year.
Guest homestead Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 i was in Aldi the other day and saw fly papers 10 or 12 for 99p and put 2 up outside the loft and cant beleive how many flies are stuck on them but not seen many midges
Guest IB Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 Don't they cloud when the air is still? I've seen them at an external corner, but never inside my loft, and now that you've mentioned it, none at all so far this year.
Ian McKay Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 i was in Aldi the other day and saw fly papers 10 or 12 for 99p and put 2 up outside the loft and cant beleive how many flies are stuck on them but not seen many midges Just be careful a bird does not get tangled up in it as it's fatal
alex young Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 There's bats around this area and after 10-00pm they're having a good feed on flying insects, they've been landing on the lawn too, which I've never seen them do before.
