before makeing these montages you realy need a decent pic of the bird and it needs to stand out from the background. IMO

I think the back ground colour is to dark for the bird

I'm not an expert but i think background 1 with pigeon position 2 so the head is away from the lit up areas on the background. I think the lightning bolt draws the eye rather than the bird.

it a great attempt but do agree background awee bit too dark

 

I agree,but I emailed him some pics.with lighter background and his mrs liked the dark ones,only here to please.

Both the pictures of the birds are same they are only flipped arround. IMO the Bird is too low down, bird need to stand up strong. Background very dark and noisy. And finally what's with the tornado and lightening???? Hope you did not take too long to make them >:( >:( >:(. But then just to let you know Pic 1 is much better.

like second pic mate but have you tried it in a lighter background say sky mate somethink like this what i use.
