Hi anybody got any osb board or plywood to sell or free near clackmannanshire or know any cheap suppliers of osb board or plywood board in or near clackmannanshire thanks ross

marine ply is very expensive better with the osb.i think its £8.00 a sheet.

Shutter board better than osb board , have a look on ebay there may be seconds of ply wood with odd scratch / dinted corner which will be cheap

Maybe you should consider using PVC Soffit for the sides of the loft. It is completely weatherproof, clean, easy to fit and fairly cost effective as it is a finished product once fitted.

i m a joiner and i would nt use osb board it needs a good painting to keep the weather of it or it ll swell up ,ply ,s alot better product

I just priced Marine ply wood 3/4 of an inch 26 quid for a sheet

Yes it does, or can be painted with PVC paint. Depends on what your local stockist holds or can get his hands on.

 

Black, Green, Brown, Etc....

 

I used 300mm x 5M lengths - each length cost around £6 per length. I know that I did the entire front and side of my 40' x 8' loft for under £160.00 including all the trimmings etc.

Iv only ever seen it in white thats y i ask we sheeted our pigeon club in this stuff years ago as it kept getting burnt down or broken in to or sometines both once we done that they never got in again if u use proper fixing and it dosent catch fire either ours was solid sheets not tongue n groove

My clubmate done his with oak coloured but it cost £36 per length instead of my white £7 per length and its only coloured on the outer side I think its price is a rip off. But it does look nice.
