went to turn on my laptop today and am getting nothing but a blank screen no start screen nothing

anyone got any ideas???????????

let it cool down, sounds like its overheating, the funny thing with laptops is you should never use it sitting on your lap, without a tray or something, the fan cool air vents are on the bottom and out on the side, so the bottom mus always be clear, is the fan working, if so could be as i say heating up, which has a safety cut off, I have a small stand with another fan on it which plugs into a usb, keeps the laptop up and cooler,

sounds like u have a stop error easy fixed if u can get it in to safe mode i had 1 recently on my pc and couldnt get it on safe mode so i opned it up unplugged the hard drive plugged it back in n it worked said it was updated aswell lol oh if u get it in safe mode restore it to the last good configuration

 

do u get a flash of blue at all?
