andrecrock Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 With hawk attacks so heavy, just wondering how fellow members train after racing has started? I like to take them twice a week 15-20 miles weather permitting.
andy Burgess Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 had a 10 miler on tuesday ,hadnt been for 10 days prior to that ,although some had a race last weekend. treading very carefully now due to hawk attacks.
Tony C Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 3 times a week from 35 mile if possible. As well as instilling in them to race from a-b as quick as possible it also slows down the moult.
