Nows a great time to plan for the year ahead and also for the longer term.So if its not to late what are you willing to change which could make your season more succesfull.

To make my mind up if to put my young on darkness or leave natural as this will be my first season back and never flowen darkness. the other thing is i want the young cocks on widowhood next season so might just put young hens on it and give it ago. so thats my to do make my mind up regards Brian

Going to try roundabout and get the young birds back on the darkness will keep to a routine and try and keep them healthy and fit.Got to do better than last year it was a disaster from start to finish

Things to do seems a never ending list : (1) Pair up (2) finish two mini aviary's / trapping bays (3) rewire lights ets sytem (4) build new steps to loft (5) build a kit box , and not pigeon related (6) finish patio off for gazebo :)

Have Been working really hard on changes last couple of months and have achieved main goals of refiting out loft to allow racing of both widowhood cocks and hens,repositioned stock loft from facing north to face west aviary still to fit,then last job if time allows if not it will be 2013 complete new front on loft to include aviary/trapping system,THEN THATS IT NO MORE :emoticon-0138-thinking:

Still following the daily routine of letting the 25 pairs oot individually until the babies are 15 days+. Then its another lay for racin pairs then split never tae be reunited till aroon first nat!!!!. Next job paint the sheds, then trainin, then loose some, then disappointment, then ybs, then trainin, then disappoitment,dear,dear. got a wee bit carried away there :animatedpigeons:
