Recently I sent of a request for some pigeon rings to the RPRA but I received letter back to say that my partner hadn't paid any fees however I Have his RPRA membership card infront of me, I must state when he became a partner when all rings got transferred to me the RPRA had my nephew down as another fancier in Hornchurch to which I made them change? So I'm thinking they've took the fees as this other fancier and not my nephew any help on how to go about this matter would be appreciated

how old is your nephew Ryan ? if under 18 years of age , maybe they could list him as master not Mister ? and although funny ,you could add his "nick name" or other to his title to distinguish him from the "other guy" .they cannott refuse if he flew as .......... donald (cute) duck. phone them to clear it up , surely they will put this wrong to right . good luck.
