Get it right, Joe61 yourselve. strapper has. Whether one likes it, or not, John Terry is a very high, if not the highest 'Role Model' for millions of kids.... followed by the manager.

Just what sort of president would it be if a 'Bullying, urinating, and unfaithful fellow to both wife and family sticks two fingers up to all! If Cappello hadn't chopped him for being as such. What would other player have said / felt in regards Capello if he hdn't acted, sure would have lost a lot of his hard earnt respect!. Further he has taken the chance to YET again that his rules, beliefs, are to be adhered too. That WAGS and the Players AREN'T bigger than the sport like they used to think.... last few world cup and eropean cups have proved that!. TNow they are reminded that they are indeed fortunate to be chosen to play for their' country, and if they can't abide by decency, ethics and rules than he will take action. Good on him ... mind he'll still play him in South Africa which is good for the country, unless he strays and becomes deceitful again. So yes Cappello was right. Was seen to be right, and took the chance to show he is right and the 'Man'.

So one may say nothing to do with us. Fine, but let's face it, it is part and partial to respect. Respect for his Captaincy and his country and role model. Respect for his mates and their' wifes, his family. for which his wife and kids must now be gouing through hell. Some man him! He has the money, time and obviously the effert to look else where to dilly dally etc. and to be more discreet. No that wouldn't make it right, but at least all the heart ache wouldn't be hurting love ones, friends, and nor would they now be open to public redicule.

So yes he had to lose the captaincy.... Maybe even soon his place in the line up!
