As far as I know the the whole club has only got about 8 or 10 birds. I was talking to one of the men who flies with the Ayrshire North Road and they have been hammered as well.
Guest IB Posted June 4, 2011 Report Posted June 4, 2011 1/4 from SNFC race Marlborough, 326 miles. 5/6 from Fed race Leicester, 257 miles. Up at 0700, I'm at least an hour and a half behind with my first pigeon and my last bird dropped at 1935. It's been a long day waiting on birds.

Guest TAMMY_1 Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 We have had another two back from Carentan today, one in the morning and another just now a grizzle that was looking worse for wear which is only to be expected after the weekend, the secretary of the fed could not even do a provisional result on Sunday as he usually does as there were not enough clubs had birds home on Saturday and Sunday morning to do the result but it happened to EVERYBODY so it was a dire weekend altogether
