years ago the media machine wasnt trying thier best to expose top flight footballers private lives. now they need to sell thier papers so bad that they hack phones , operate stings ( like they did with john higgins) and try any thier hardest to slander people across the front page most times without concrete evidence . then write a small tiny 1 paragraph apology on page 25 when they are found to be in the wrong. i think players like ryan giggs, who has chosen to shy away from the media spotlight unlike certain players ( david beckham) , shouldnt have their private lives spread about the news . model pro for almost 2 decades , then makes a mistake with an atractive woman, who if you was offerd it on a plate would find it hard to resist. theres bigger and more serious news out there than who these footballers are playing away with out there so who really cares. todays news, tommorows chip paper. rant over
