Don't know what lindsay reply was but my own personal opinion is these birds with exagerated features such as feathered feet is nothing more than ruining pigeons the same as the kennel club have done for years with dogs don't fix what's not broken just my opinion mind

Franny ..this breed as been around more than 100 years ..its hardly new on the scene and there are loads of muffed varietys of croppers and smaller typed fancy pigeons that have been around forever and a day...So to state they are ruining pigeons , is rather far fetched ,

I agree with you Peter. I have been involved in fancy pigeons for a long time. The muffed breeds are for each individual to choose whether they like them or not and most have been around for centuries. Unlike some of the new breeds or one off's that never caught on :emoticon-0137-clapping:

Could'nae care less how long they have been on the planet mate as i have stated too your big pal a pigeon should be bred for flying and not stuck in a pen if every person who keeps these birds flew them open hole how long do you think they would last.........answer end of the breed.Just my opinion i'm away for a nice glass of

Ancient Reserve. Glenfiddich, :egyptian:

Well franny , i used to let mines out all the time ...i dont keep them in pens ethier they are in large aviarys...only reason i dont fly them out no more , is because of were my lofts are situated , and the birds would sometimes fly on to the road , but the manage fine out open hole as you call it...if you look at my belgium friend he has like a 100 out flying free day in day out.

We all like what we like in pigeons ..and you obviously dont like the ghents ...since you have made nothing but negative comments on them any time i post stuff about them ..

Maybe you should stop looking and reading my posts if the pics and videos bother you so much.

just my opinion.

I'm talking about the show bench pal you don't see any of the wee street doos with big feathered feet because it's a hindrance and Mrs Sparrowhawk would clean up
