I order & paid my personalized ring last Sept. I didn't realize their ring manufacturer/supplier in Belgium is on liquidation. At the first place, they shouldn't taking any orders & customers money if they knew it, when their suppliers is on liquidation. Any guys here, manage to have it back your money & please kindly share your idea & how you did it. Thanks.

Like loads of others I sent money with an order and they just did not bother to send the goods. I rang and spoke to a variety of their people including one of their Managers several times. It got to the stage that when I rang and told them my name they made me wait ages before they came to the phone.

I contacted Trading Standards and asked them for help. They dictated a letter for me and which was about Distance Selling. I sent the letter which laid down a schedule which would end with me taking them to County Court. On the day before I was due to contact the Court they sent my money back to me. No apology or explanation, just a cheque for the money.

I believe that one of these days they will declare themselves bankrupt and a lot of people will loose their money, never to get it back. If I were you I would contact your local Trading Standards Office straight away. You can do this by contacting your local District Council.

I can send you a copy of my draft letter, which has been used by others to good effect, but I think it better to do things the way I suggested above.

Best of luck. Please tell the rest of us how you get on because the more adverse publicty this bunch of Crooks get the better for all of us.

Have been dealing with them for years. I only had one occasion recently when they were out of stock, so I rang chap in despatch and he did a Visa credit for me there and then...no probs.
