neneland Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 Fancier pair up now in order to get the youngsters on the darkness and through a moult so that they are flying almost adults when young bird season comes along.... not for me

holmsidelofts Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 Hi all i paired the 1st of my stock up on january the 1st 8 pairs in total had all layed there first eggs by the 10th of jan.Paired up my second set of stock birds another 8 pairs which are all relatively young in comparison on the 10th.Will be pairing up the racer next week some time. Looking to breed 60 youngsters for the coming season
soupie Posted January 14, 2011 Report Posted January 14, 2011 I only got my birds around november so had them all in the same section together.I just let them do their own thing.I have a 2 week old chick and another 2 hens have just laid this week.only have 4 pairs btw soupie
