When is everyone pairing up i was going to pair up on the 1st of dec but not sure it is abit too cold i might get heaters whats the best for heating the loft

Fancier pair up now in order to get the youngsters on the darkness and through a moult so that they are flying almost adults when young bird season comes along.... not for me

Hi all i paired the 1st of my stock up on january the 1st 8 pairs in total had all layed there first eggs by the 10th of jan.

Paired up my second set of stock birds another 8 pairs which are all relatively young in comparison on the 10th.

Will be pairing up the racer next week some time. Looking to breed 60 youngsters for the coming season

I only got my birds around november so had them all in the same section together.

I just let them do their own thing.

I have a 2 week old chick and another 2 hens have just laid this week.

only have 4 pairs btw
