Looks smart Chris. I would maybe just woner about the mesh size thgough. When I built my first loft a few years ago I put on an aviary with chicken wire on it all. It was pointed out to me sparrows and mice would get in and cause all sorts of problems. Your right about the ventilation though, just so long as its not draughty.

Some nice looking birds too.

All the best

sparrows have been going in my dads friends partridge pens and all of the partridge have now got really bad eye infections.

I would have had it up off the ground on breeze block so the air gets under the floor to dry it out ....any rain hitting the path at the door side will make it's way into the loft .....but otherwise looks a good job by someone that is handy

I built it all myself.there is a false floor in the lofts and the flights with plenty ventilation.so there is no damp.maybe the pictures dont do my loft any justice.i will post some new pics to show my lofts are dry.

I would put some more vents at floor level at the front to get the air circulating :), nicely made though :) :)
