On Saturday the Dons made it two wins out of two against St Johnstone and now the Old Firm have replicated the early success of Mark McGhee's side. Celtic got the better of St Mirrenhttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif at Parkhead with a 4-0 success while Rangershttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif secured a fine 3-0 away win over Hibernian.http://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif Neil Lennon's Celtic did the bulk of the damage early on against St Mirren with goals after five and 23 minutes from Joe Ledleyhttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif and Shaun Maloney putting the home side in cruise control. The goals continued to flow in the second half with James Forresthttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif netting before Ki Sung-Yong added a late fourth. In the early kick-off Rangers made it two wins from two thanks to Kenny Miller'shttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif hat-trick in a 3-0 success at Hibs. Miller helped himself to a trio of second-half goals after both Kyle Laffertyhttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif and Kevin McBridehttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif were sent off in the closing stages of the first half. Inverness bounced back from their season-opening defeat to Celtic by securing an impressive 4-0 win over Dundee Unitedhttp://static.lingospot.com/spot/image/spacer.gif at Tannadice. Kevin McCann's first half goal broke the deadlock before two quick-fire second half efforts from Adam Rooney and Russell Duncan put the visitors in control. Rooney's late successful penalty added the icing on a sweet cake. Kilmarnock and Hamilton are now the only two SPL sides without a point this season after they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Motherwell at Rugby Park. Last season proved a season of struggle for Killie and their fortunes have yet to change with Nick Blackman's solitary goal giving Well the three points

Guest spin cycle Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 celtic will win spl if fraser forster plays for them like he did for us last season. some unbelievable saves...bit of a dodgy 'kicker'...so close your eyes for that bit
Roland Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Kilmarnock and Hamilton are now the only two SPL sides without a point this season after they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Motherwell at Rugby Park. Last season proved a season of struggle for Killie and their fortunes have yet to change ...I think they are just pulling the wool over the others eyes. Giving them a false sense of superority as it were, and both will come strong at seasons end to take the 1 - 2 places in the championship title and Cup winners and runners up... There Sapper mark my words! Don't know much about football Blumming cheek
