aye ready Posted August 6, 2010 Report Posted August 6, 2010 he used to house the houben pigeons and ones he created himself through various strains i think he called them carrera evolutions i think(might be wrong) he hasn't been at blackpool show for 2/3 yrs now where he was a ever attender,did he not get involved with the cooper bros?

Your right abour those "Carrera" doos martin.He used to advertise Carrera Vandenabeeles if i remember correctly,i'd imagine they'd be his old family crossed in with his Vandenabeeles. Cooper/Mitchell were absolutely IMMENSE for ages.anybody know if he was in that partnership?

Dont know but very interested in what blood his birds carried as i know he had some serious results up to 900km. I have a bird here from the stud i purchased indirectly as a middle distance breeder but now believe there might be a chance he will breed me a bird to cope with many more hours on the wing ? DAVID .
