DAVIDL Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 i think now the portal is working properly the site is more or less the same, apart from there being a more modern feel about it............i do agree that the reason so many have "jumped ship" is because of the time it took to get the site back up and running, members went elswhere and because the alternative site layout was what they were used to using they chose to stay there and not give the new look basics a chance. basics is as easy to use as before if members stick to the portal (as they probably did do before......)
