shaun h Posted May 6, 2010 Report Posted May 6, 2010 i use coli-killer twice a week sundays and wednesday on bottle it say the end of coli and young bird sickness 2 days a week sundays and wednesday 1ml to 2 litres water theres also a article about it in bhw. hope this helps think it cost about 10 or 12 quid.
Guest grizzler Posted May 6, 2010 Report Posted May 6, 2010 the green droppings could just be a sign of stress, due to being moved into the new section.if it was me, i would put a pro biotic in the drinking water.and keep my eyes on them for the next 24-36 hours.if the droppings are still the same, get them tested...good luck

Guest IB Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 I would agree that stress is the probable cause, if they are in with older youngsters, they will not be able to pick grain up as fast as them, so they'll be getting what the others leave. I'd feed them on their own for a week till they get up to speed. Easier to keep tabs on that way too. Would also shy away from medication for an illness that has not been diagnosed.
shaun h Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 got it from a family member in the sport as one or two of my young birds had been sick over night and i treated with this colli killer as above 2 days aweek (sun wed)(1ml=2'ltrs) and had no problems since i use it every other week. i think it is a good product but ive only been using it for a little while. there is a phone number on the bottle i will post it up if ok with admin also web site but not sure if its active or not.
shaun h Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 tryed uploading article that i scanned from bhw on coli killer but says no file was selected for upload.
