They have also chosen to go to a nothing race point. No birds going from the Isle of Wight! Usually about 150. Would they have retained the birdage had they stayed North?

Cheers

WHEN OUR FED TOOK THE DECISION TO FLY NORTH BEFORE THE SEASON BEGAN SO THAT WE WERE VIRTUALLY SURE OF LONG RACES I DECIDED THEN THAT I WOULD NOT SEND TO ANY SOUTH ROAD RACES EVEN THOUGH I AM A MEMBER OF THE NFC,MCC AND CSCFC.WE WILL HOWEVER BE RACING SOUTH WITH THE YOUNGSTERS AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS DOWN SOUTH.

I cannot understand why any fed or club wants to go deep into perigrine country just to get distance racing they are not thinking of the welfare of the birds. :(

I DONT THINK THE WELFARE OF THE BIRDS COME INTO ANYMORE,IT,S ALL MONEY ORIENTED I,M AFRAID THESE DAYS,BUT SAYING THAT FEDS HAVE GOT TO GO WHERE THEY THINK THEY WILL BE MOST SUPPORTED OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT SURVIVE.
