The Report button sends an email to the forum email address only (i.e. only I get it). I noticed 5 of you reported this thread between 7:50 and 8:00 last night (it was just after 8); which is when I viewed the topic and deleted the topic.

It happened on the Found Birds board which allows guest posting (so the person didnt need to become a member). This is the only board to allow guest posting. There are spam filters, however this one got through :-/ I will close this board to guest posting if we get any more.

Personally I think it was well handled. within 30 minutes Considering there are 1440 minutes in a day and we all know we cannot have someone sitting waiting for this sort of crap.It should NOT have offended anyone UNLESS you opened the content. I fully understood what was to come so did not open it and just reported it

I do not think posting to guests should be stopped for one item. Seems a bit harsh to me I am sure we have some good guest posts but should it continue then we might ask for guests postings to be cancelled.
