Guest marvin Posted May 26, 2007 Report Posted May 26, 2007 2 out of 8 back from 187 miles taking over 5 hours!! Dont think its my turn to top the fed this week!! Pleased with their efforts though they are really flown out bless them they must be having a hard one.
Guest Posted May 26, 2007 Report Posted May 26, 2007 hi barry, got 1 missing. others returned very thirsty ;D. what about yours?
Mike Lycett Posted May 26, 2007 Report Posted May 26, 2007 So far so good 3 hrs 40 from Newton Abbot & not heard nowt beating us yet Portsmouth was much harder work though. Having read the Portsmouth Lib News though its clear to see why! Heard no times there, but close on an hour slower than Newton Abbot. Once we had 1 saw 5-6 to different lofts pretty sharp
Fife_pigeon_wife Posted May 26, 2007 Report Posted May 26, 2007 we r flying from leicester ( into fife), birds lib at 7.15am , got our 1st one at 13.53???

Guest Posted May 26, 2007 Report Posted May 26, 2007 Seems to have been a tough one down in the SW from Messac. Birds up at 8.45 timed my first at 3.44, then at 3.55, 1st & 2nd with my yearlings , next bird in club at 5, between 5.45 and 6 got 4 more!! Left the loft at 6, back up shortly still 6 to come , but their all yearlings; only 225 mile, but fair headwind and one of thos days where it was not dull but no sun all day!!
