Guest Vic Posted January 15, 2008 Report Posted January 15, 2008 About 3 weeks ago, my BHW at my local newsagents was absoluteley sodden with water. I paid for it and dried it at home on the rads. This week, my newsagent returned them as they too were dripping with water. Has anybody else had the same problems? Where are they getting wet, in Liverpool or Welshpool? ;D It seems strange for it to happen twice in a few weeks. I will be contacting the couriers tomorrow, perhaps the flooding in mid Wales has something to do with it.

RoryTheRed Posted January 15, 2008 Report Posted January 15, 2008 The Blackpool edition was in a sealed seethrough sleeve. Being an ex newsagent i can tell you that security boxes had to be used for all newspapers and magazines unless you went to the depot and collected yourself; these boxes are weatherproof and secure, but i can only speak for myself.
sniffer Posted January 15, 2008 Report Posted January 15, 2008 Still haven't got mine from last week.
THE FIFER Posted January 15, 2008 Report Posted January 15, 2008 both issues this week were in a plastick cover, could it not be them lying at ur shops door on delivery waitinng for the shop opening,

Tony C Posted January 16, 2008 Report Posted January 16, 2008 My guess is when they delivered them they landed in a puddle, a typical case of Wet Droppings Syndrome ;D ;D ;D
Geraint Parry Posted January 16, 2008 Report Posted January 16, 2008 Any BHW that come from your newsagents dont even come from Welshpool, they are printed in Norfolk somewhere. Your BHW onlycomes direct from Welshpool if you are a subscriber. As these are packed and sent out on a Wednesday from Welshpool.
